Garden Fantasy Dinner
The 19th Century gardens surrounding Fairmont Rey Juan Carlos I came to life for a magical dinner reception. Royal Catering took their inspiration from all corners of the world to create a menu fit for such a setting. The canapés were inspired by traditional Mediterranean cuisine with ingredients such as fresh crab, cured Iberian ham and apricots. A sushi bar served an assortment of makis and sashimi with vegetarian rolls, scallops and traditional Japanese mochi for a sweet treat. Fusion cuisine was on the menu at the area inspired by the world famous Nikki Beach. Lobster salads, wayu beef burgers and watermelon and mint over crushed ice were a perfect combination to whisk you away to a glamorous pool party. All this, as well as the spectacular garden setting, ensured an enchanting evening for all three hundred guests.
